As the investigation continues into a deadly crash on the 402. Lambton OPP are turning the public for help. 
Authorities are asking for any witnesses to the four-vehicle pileup to come forward.
Three transports and a commercial van collided on the westbound 402 just before 3:30 Wednesday afternoon.
The driver of the van, who has been identified as a 38-year-old from Hamlin, New York, was killed.
Two of the transport drivers were treated for injuries in hospital.
