Applications are pouring in to the Chatham Goodfellows as they aim to make sure there is No Child Without a Christmas this year.
Director Tim Mifflin says in the first nine days since their office opened, the organization has already received over 900 requests for help.
“Actually on the onset, we had two hundred calls per day and people weren’t getting through. Please don’t become discouraged the call volumes are going down. If you need assistance, please call in.”
The deadline for applications is December 6th.
On the fundraising side of things, the porchlight campaign is coming up next Monday, followed by the Street Sales on December 13th and 14th.
