Today’s strong winds could cause headaches for residents living close to the Sydenham over the next few days.
Wind, and forecasts of up to 20mm or almost an inch of rain has caused water to back up in the river in the Wallaceburg area, causing some low level flooding.
People are reminded to avoid watercourses and flooded areas due to slippery banks and cold, swift moving water. Children and pets should be kept away from the water.
