A special guest has been announced for next month’s Wallaceburg Sports Hall of Fame event. 
Former Humboldt Broncos player Kaleb Dahlgren will be the guest speaker at the 39th annual awards and induction ceremony.
Dahlgren suffered a brain injury, fractured skull, and several broken vertebrae in the Broncos’ April 6th, 2018 bus crash that claimed the lives of 16 people.
The 22-year-old from Saskatoon now plays for York University.
The Wallaceburg Sports Hall of Fame Awards and Induction dinner is set for January 25th at the UAW Hall.
Tickets can be purchased at Kim Murray Desjardins Insurance, but are expected to sell out quickly.
