A suspicious vehicle call led to a pair of arrests for Chatham-Kent Police.
Officers discovered a 25 year old man behind the wheel and learned he was prohibited from driving under his bail conditions.
That led to several charges. The owner of the vehicle was also charged under the highway traffic act for knowingly allowing a prohibited driver to operate their vehicle.
The vehicle was also impounded for 45 days.
