Curlers will be hurrying hard to raise money for the Wallaceburg site of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance tomorrow.
The CKHA Foundation will host its 9th Charity Curling Classic at the Sydenham Community Curling Club on February 1st.
“The Wallaceburg community event is very passionate about their local hospital,” says CKHA Foundation CEO Mary Lou Crowley. “It’s so inspiring to witness the impact we can have on local healthcare when we come together at an event like this to support such an important cause.”
16 teams are will be facing off at the sold-out event with a goal of raising $27,000 for a new Automated Chest Compression device for the Wallaceburg ER.
