An accident near Wallaceburg Sunday afternoon has claimed one life and left two people in critical condition in hospital.
The 2 vehicle crash occurred around 4:30 on Highway 40 between Border Road and Heritage Line.
Police, Fire, and EMS responded but the victim was declared dead at the scene.
The OPP’s Technical Investigations Unit is on scene, and that stretch of road is closed for the time being.
