One New COVID-19 Case In C-K, Three More Recovered

C-K Public Health is confirming one new case of COVID-19 in Chatham-Kent today.
The latest case, a male in his 40s, was confirmed positive on Friday.
The patient is in self-isolation and is believed to have transmission connected to a close contact.
The last seven confirmed cases in C-K have all been listed as “close contact” transmissions.
Three more local cases are now believed to be resolved, including a male in his 70s and a male and female in their 40s.
There are currently 19 confirmed cases of the corona virus in Chatham-Kent. Seven of those cases are now considered resolved.
