Çhatham-Kent police arrested a man after they say a property manager in Wallaceburg was threatened.
Thursday morning officers were called to a disturbance outside a Wallace Street apartment building.
Police determined a guest of a tenant was arguing with the manager over a parking spot and threatened them.
As a result a 33 year old Wallaceburg man was arrested and charged with 2 counts of uttering threats.
He was released pending a July 29th court date.
