Chatham-Kent police are warning residents that keying someone’s car is no joke.
They arrested a 23 year old Ridgetown man Monday after they say he keyed a vehicle in an apartment complex parking lot causing about $5,000 in damage.
During the arrest he broke free and ran off. Not for long.. he was arrested again and charged with mischief, uttering threats, resisting arrest and escape lawful custody.
He was held pending a bail hearing.
