Turns out a staff member at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance last week had a false positive for COVID-19.
On Wednesday a worker who was asymptomatic tested positive.
The first worker along with 25 other workers who had come in contact went into self isolation.
That has since been canceled.
The case from Friday is the only confirmed case of COVID-19 within the Health Alliance right now.
The positive cases led to an immediate cancellation of all visitors to the Chatham and Wallaceburg campus, and that remains in effect.
