A Windsor man is facing impaired driving charges after a crash in Chatham.
Last night, Chatham-Kent Police got a call about a hit and run on McNaughton Avenue.
The suspect was found a short time later on Centre Side Road – officers say he backed his vehicle into the ditch while trying to turn around and got stuck.
The 37-year-old was taken to headquarters for tests, and is now facing several charges, including failing to stop at the scene of an accident, impaired driving, and refusing to provide a breath sample.
