One suspect has been arrested in connection to a home invasion near Thamesville.
Authorities say two men wearing disguises broke into a home yesterday morning, carrying a firearm and canister of pepper spray.
The homeowner was assaulted, and the culprits got away with four watches worth about $1200 and did close to $500 damage to the home itself.
Police say all three men are known to one another.
One man was taken into custody in Wallaceburg last night. The 34-year-old is facing a slew of charges including assault with a weapon, administering a noxious substance, and drug possession.
Officers are still searching for the second suspect.
