Charges have been made after over $5000 in damage was done to a downtown Chatham bank.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, the accused used a baseball bat to smash out three glass panels near an ATM machine early Friday morning.
Using video surveillance, authorities were able to identify the man responsible.
The 46-year-old suspect was tracked down and arrested yesterday morning, charged with mischief, and released with a future court date.
