No New Cases Today, 3 Active

CK Public Health is reporting no new cases of COVID-19 and one additional recovery in the municipality today.
Chatham-Kent’s active case count is now at three with 371 total cases and 365 recoveries.
A Chatham-Kent woman positive in her 80s passed away over the weekend. Her death was reported on Monday as the area’s third coronavirus-related death since the pandemic began.
There are currently no COVID-positive Chatham-Kent residents in hospital and no active outbreaks in C-K.
A slight dip in daily numbers across Ontario on Tuesday as the province puts an end to walk-in testing at assessment centres.
Health Minister Christine Elliot announced 548 new cases today.
The GTA continues to be the biggest offender with 201 in Toronto, 90 in Peel, 62 in Ottawa, and 56 in York Region.
Locally, Lambton Public Health is reporting “minus” one new case today due to a false positive. Lambton now has only one active case in the region. Middlesex-London has three new cases and Windsor-Essex is reporting two.
Today brings an end to walk-up testing at assessment centres as Ontario shifts to COVID-19 testing by appointment only effective immediately.
Today is also the first day of testing at the St Clair College Healthplex. The Chatham-Kent assessment centre moved into the new, larger facility yesterday.
