A 40-year-old Chatham man is facing assault charges after a physical altercation with a 12-year-old boy last week, according to C-K Police.
Police say the accused approached a 12-year-old boy in Chatham, known to his son. The man allegedly yelled at the youth, pushed him to the ground and kicked him.
On Thursday, the 40-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault. He was released pending a future court date.
