Tracking down a stolen motorcycle has landed Chatham-Kent Police with more than they bargained for.
The 2003 Suzuki SK3 was taken from a Couture Drive home last Monday. Yesterday, officers with a warrant in hand searched a home on Lorne Avenue in Chatham.
Along with the missing bike, police also seized suspected cocaine, fentanyl, liquid fentanyl and liquid methamphetamine, debt lists, digital scales, and cash.
A 40-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property, and two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
A 29-year-old woman was also taken into custody, and is facing drug possession charges.
