The Chatham-Kent Police Service is asking for the public’s help with the strategic plans community survey.

Over a 7-10 day period, a research company will be randomly calling up residents for a survey that shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes.

It’s a chance for the public to weigh in on their thoughts about the police force and how they can better deliver service.

“We encourage citizens who are contacted to assist us in providing their answers to the questions asked, and to provide input to help us in determining how we should prioritize our resources in the coming years,” says Chief Gary Conn. “Our Strategic Plan helps form our Budget process in order that we can plan strategically for the future, and meet the needs and demands of our community.”

They also want residents who are not contacted but would like to complete the survey at www.ckpolice.com
