Bank Robbery in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police are investigating a bank robbery in Chatham.

Authorities say a masked man walked into the Royal Bank on King Street West just after 3 Thursday afternoon and demanded cash from the teller.

The accused was given an undisclosed amount of money before taking off on a white mountain bike.

None of the bank’s employees were physically hurt.
