Another court date for an elderly Wallaceburg man, charged with second degree murder.
The 94-year-old made a brief video appearance in court on Friday before the case was put over again due to a lack of disclosure.
The man was arrested on Boxing Day after his wife’s body was found in their Margaret Avenue home.
The suspect, whose name is not being publicly released, will be back in court this coming Thursday.
A publication ban remains in place.
