Charges have been laid after a dispute between neighbours turned ugly.
Chatham-Kent Police say a man forced his way into his neighbour’s apartment yesterday morning, shoved the tenant, and damaged his phone.
The 33-year-old accused is charged with break and enter, assault, and mischief, and will faces the charges in court next month.
