The owners. JLL National Retail Investment Group is offering 100 per cent ownership in the centre.
BDO Canada is acting as the court appointed receiver in the case.
According to the listing the DCC is described as 251,000 square feet of retail space with Hart Stores, Dollarama, and Fit 4 Less serving as the anchor stores.
It also points to value added opportunities such as vacant space available to rent and redevelopment potential with it’s location in the downtown core.
Interested parties must sign a confidentiality agreement before getting a look at the books.
The deadline for bids is on or before March 15th.
