The municipality is going online to get some feedback from area residents on its plans for Victoria Avenue in Chatham.
A public forum has been set up through Chatham-Kent’s Let’s Talk website, including a short video presentation, as well as paving and grading drawings.
The infrastructure renewal project between Thames and McNaughton has stirred up a fair bit of controversy with residents along Victoria, who are worried about maintaining the tree-lined street’s historic charm.
The virtual information centre will be online until March 1st.
The project plans are expected to be sent to upper levels of government for approval and permits this coming spring and summer.
