Another workplace outbreak has been declared in Chatham-Kent. No identifying details have been released by public health, as tends to be the case when the business isn’t open to the public. This is 26th workplace outbreak in Chatham-Kent since the pandemic began, with a total of two currently considered active.

Six new cases have been confirmed since yesterday’s update along with five cases resolved. The total active caseload now stands at 36.

Officials say there have now been 150 cases of variants or related mutations identified in Chatham-Kent.
