Dresden Foodland remains open following news that an employee has tested positive for COVID-19.
The grocery store released a statement yesterday saying the staff member last worked on May 7th, and contact tracing is now being done to make sure no other staff have been affected.
In a statement, the company says all COVID health and safety protocols remain in place.
“Our Foodland location in Dresden continues to diligently follow Public Health approved cleaning, hygiene, and operations, doing all we can to keep our customers and teammates healthy. As information, we have created a page on our website to be transparent and keep all Canadians informed with up to date company and store information, including a list of COVID-19 cases in our stores confirmed by Public Health.
