COVID cases across Chatham-Kent are holding relatively steady.

Public Health is reporting three new cases today and four resolutions, dipping the total active caseload to 32.

There are six local residents and seven non-CK residents being treated for the virus at the Health Alliance. CKHA officials say six of the out-of-town patients have been transferred in from other areas of the province.

The ICU at the Chatham hospital is 90% full today, including five COVID-positive patients, one of whom is on a ventilator.

Across Ontario, the Ministry of Health is reporting 2073 new cases today and another 15 deaths linked to the virus.
