With Canada Day tomorrow, a number of service and government offices will be shut down for the day.
Municipal and other government offices will be closed, reopening on Friday.
There will be no garbage or recycling pickups on Thursday and regular Friday collections will be bumped to Saturday.
Public transit won’t be running tomorrow, although the seasonal beach bus will still be in operation.
The Health Alliance will be running on its normal statuary holiday schedule with no outpatient tests being done, and other clinics, including oncology and ambulatory care will be closed for the day.
Emergency departments in Chatham and Wallaceburg remain open 24/7, and the COVID assessment centre will be running at its new location at the corner of Grand and St Clair in Chatham.
