Dresden Library Getting a Facelift

Dresden branch of the Chatham-Kent Public Library.

Changes are coming to Chatham Kent Library’s Dresden Branch.

The old pinkish tile floor will soon be replaced by new flooring along with a new adjustable high circulation desk and new windows for the basement program room.

The renovations will mean the branch will be closed for 3 weeks from August 12th to September 6th. It will reopen on the 7th at 10 am.

In advance of the closure the branch will be offering extended browse and go hours on Tuesday, August 10th and Wednesday, August 11th so patrons can stock up on library materials before the closure.

Due dates on borrowed materials will be adjusted so no materials will be due for return during the closure.

Items can be returned to the drop box outside the Dresden Branch during the closure.
