Impaired driving charges have been laid against a Chatham man, pulled over at a RIDE checkpoint on the 401.
Chatham-Kent OPP were set up at the Eastbound Queen’s Line onramp earlier this week and say a 25-year-old was arrested after failing the road-side test.
The man is now facing a 90-day driving suspension and his vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
