The drivers of both vehicles involved in an accident in Chatham Monday are facing charges.
The crash took place about 4:30 Monday afternoon on Adelaide Street South between Wellington and King.
The driver determined at fault was charged with disobeying a stop sign, and the other driving while suspended.
There were no injuries, total damage about $20,000 dollars.
