Another dip in Chatham-Kent’s COVID numbers today, down to 104 active cases across the municipality.
Public Health is reporting 12 new infections and 18 cases resolved.
There are still 7 active outbreaks, six of which are school-based.
There are now 10 COVID patients being treated at the Health Alliance, six of whom are in the ICU and two on ventilators.
Hospital officials say of the 10 COVID patients, only 2 have been fully vaccinated.
Eight of the CKHA’s 10 intensive care beds are in use, while occupancy in the medical, surgical, and critical care units sit at 95.6%.
