A local woman is facing charges following a shoplifting complaint in downtown Chatham.
Police were called to a business yesterday afternoon and found the accused a short distance away.
The 34-year-old has now been charged with engaging in prohibited activity under the Trespass to Property Act, and was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
