Bluewater Health has declared the General Medicine unit formally in outbreak after having two patients and two Bluewater Health staff test positive for Covid-19.
They say they are working in conjunction with Lambton Public Health and have not only removed the source of the outbreak but also all impacted staff are also isolating at home.
Bluewater Health adds that over the next 48 hours they will be determining appropriate next steps to ensure continued care and safety of both staff and patients.
