A Chatham woman got a scare Wednesday morning when she woke up to an uninvited visitor in her home.
The incident happened about 5am at a residence in The Landings subdivision.
Chatham-Kent police received a call about a break and Enter in progress after the homeowner woke up and heard someone walking around.
The 50 year old man of no fixed address was arrested and charged with Break and Enter as well as several outstanding warrants. He was held pending a bail hearing.
