The Ministry of Labour has taken over the investigation following an industrial accident in Chatham.
Emergency crews were called to a St Clair Street business Sunday afternoon after a 22-year-old man was hurt on the job.
The victim was taken to hospital for medical attention, although the severity of his injuries has not been released.
