The process of submitting service requests in Chatham-Kent has just been made easier.
The Municipality of Chatham-Kent has launched its new Citizens Self-Service website at www.ck311.ca, which enables residents to find information, report issues, and submit service requests online.
Through the website, residents can also track and obtain the real-time status of previously submitted requests. Pictures can also be submitted with service requests.
Information that is commonly searched regarding roads, garbage and recycling, is also prominently featured.
The municipality has also made enhancements to the website, which supports menu navigation when using a mobile device. The website also includes an automatic translation feature for more than 100 languages.
