A vehicle parked on the shoulder of Highway 40 in St Clair Township earlier this week caught the watchful eye of Lambton OPP.
Officers on patrol spotted the vehicle around 1:30 the morning of January 8th and say two people were found sleeping inside.
After speaking with the driver, the officer suspected the man had been drinking.
The 52-year-old man was arrested and taken to the OPP detachment for tests.
The Windsor man has since been charged with impaired driving.
