Thanks to the pandemic, there was no CP Holiday Trail rolling across the country this Christmas season. However, as happened in 2020, CP Rail still promised to donate to food banks in communities in which the train would have stopped.
The company has now made good on that promise, cutting a cheque for $4500 for Outreach for Hunger in Chatham.
In all, CP Rail has donated $1.24 million this year to 198 food banks across the country.
