A Tilbury man has been slapped with impaired driving charges.
Police were called out to the Morris Road area around 10 last night about a suspected drunk driver.
The vehicle was found and after speaking with the driver, officers suspected he may be under the influence of alcohol.
The 55-year-old accused was taken to police headquarters for tests, charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, and released with a date in court March 1st.
