A months-long investigation involving Sarnia Police has led to a pair of arrests in Wallaceburg.
Authorities believe suspects from the GTA had been supplying large amounts of fentanyl and cocaine to residents in Sarnia, with transactions allegedly taking place at a Wallaceburg home.
Officers carried out a search warrant at an Arnold Street residence shortly after 5 o’clock Saturday morning, with two suspects taken into custody.
During the raid, police uncovered roughly $200 worth of fentanyl, $14,857 worth of cocaine, and $9,995 in Canadian currency.
A 23-year-old from Toronto and 21-year-old Ajax man have been charged with drug possession and trafficking offences.
Both of the accused are scheduled to appear in court in Sarnia on April 13th.
