Charges have been laid after a complaint led officers to several stolen e-bikes in Chatham-Kent.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers began investigation into the stolen e-bikes after receiving the complaint on May 15.
As a result, a 58-year-old man was recently arrested after officers allegedly found the vehicles in his possession. The man had also allegedly violated his release conditions by associating with a specific person.
The accused is now charged with possession of stolen property and failing to comply with a probation order. He was been released with a future court date.
