Charges have been laid after a home disturbance in Chatham.
Officers arrived at a residence on Queen Street on May 29 after a man caused damage to building materials and threatened the homeowner.
Through an investigation police learned the man engaged in a verbal agreement of employment. The man left prior to police arrival.
The 53-year-old Blenheim man was located the following evening at his residence. He was arrested and charged with mischief and uttering threats. He was transported to police headquarters and later released with conditions and a future court date of June 29.
