Over a year after being announced, a community arts group is getting off the ground.
The volunteer-based Chatham-Kent Arts and Culture Network, formed in 2021, has now launched a website to help promote local events and activities.
The non-profit group aims to promote and connect artists and art enthusiasts across the community, and is continuing to work on building an Arts and Culture Hall of Fame to recognize members of the community who have had a significant impact on arts and culture.
The new website includes a growing events calendar, membership page, and monthly profiles of artists, creatives, and cultural organizations.
