Assault charges have been laid against a Wallaceburg woman.
Police were called to Wallace Street just before 1:30 Wednesday afternoon. Investigators say a man and woman got into an argument and the woman allegedly hit the man in the face.
The 23-year-old was arrested, taken to police headquarters. She was later released with conditions and date in court next month.
