After a few days reprieve, hot, humid weather is returning to southwestern Ontario.
Environment Canada has issued a heat warning with temperatures into the low to mid-30s over the next few days.
Officials say overnight lows in the low 20s won’t offer much relief.
Hot and humid air can also bring deteriorating air quality, Environment Canada officials ay in an online statement.
Residents are urged to check in on more vulnerable friends and family and ensure they are keeping cool and staying hydrated.
The hot weather is expected to stretch into Thursday or possibly even Friday.
