There are less than two weeks left for the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation’s Igniting Healthcare 50/50 FUNdraiser draw.
This years draw has already brought in nearly $120,000 with the fast growing winning jackpot approaching $60,000.
Ticket sales are ramping up as the jackpot is expected to grow before the winning ticket is drawn on July 13 at 1:00 pm.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will support the purchase of two new pulmonary function test units for CKHA. One will be placed in each of the Chatham and Wallaceburg sites. These units have been identified as a high priority need for replacement at CKHA as they are critical in diagnosing a wide variety of respiratory illnesses.
The Foundation will continue to be out selling tickets across Chatham-Kent and are calling on the community to help ignite healthcare like never before in support of local hospital sites.
Those looking to purchase tickets can do so at the foundations office or at www.ignite5050.ca.
