An elderly Chatham man is in trouble with police after making a post on social media.
Chatham-Kent Police say the 79-year-old, was initially charged with multiple counts of sexual offences, was bound by conditions not to possess or use electronic devices.
Earlier this week the man allegedly posted a birthday message about his victim on Facebook.
The accused was arrested and charged with violating his bail conditions. He was released with more conditions and a date in court next month.
