Charges have been laid against a Windsor man in connection to a domestic disturbance in Chatham.
Officers were called to Trillium Village apartments shortly before noon on Monday and said a man allegedly pulled a woman by her hair and threw her cell phone to the ground.
A 26-year-old Windsor man was arrested and charged with assault and mischief.
He was released from custody with conditions and a date in court in January.
