A Wallaceburg man is facing impaired driving charges after an incident at a local business.
Chatham-Kent Police were initially called to a McNaughton Avenue business Monday afternoon about an intoxicated man who was refused service.
The man left before officers arrived but was found a short time later driving on Baseline Road.
The 22-year-old was charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit and was held in custody for a bail hearing.
