Impaired driving charges have been laid following a weekend collision in Tilbury.
Emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle crash on Coutts Line around 1:30 Sunday morning.
The driver was taken to hospital with unspecified injuries.
Suspecting the 28-year-old may have been under the influence, police conducted breath tests.
The driver has been charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He was released from custody with a date in court next month.
